If you discover you hold a duplicate Account in error, you must contact our support team immediately.
bile2cuci operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit copies of government-issued identification, proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of payment method ownership before we process your first Withdrawal or in response to high-value transaction flags. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension or Withdrawal delays.

All deposits are made in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) for fiat payment methods. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing market exchange rate at the time of blockchain confirmation. bile2cuci does not charge platform fees on standard deposits; however, your bank, e-wallet provider, or cryptocurrency network may apply their own transaction charges, for which bile2cuci accepts no responsibility.
Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification and may only be made to payment methods registered in your own name. bile2cuci targets a 15-minute processing time for standard approved withdrawals to Malaysian bank accounts and e-wallets during operational hours, though processing times may be longer during peak periods or pending compliance review. Withdrawals are made in MYR unless otherwise agreed.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply per method and per Account tier. These limits are displayed at the point of transaction on the Platform. bile2cuci reserves the right to adjust limits with reasonable notice.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real money Balance (excluding forfeited Bonus Funds) will be returned to your registered payment method after completion of applicable KYC checks and deduction of any administrative fees associated with account inactivity, as disclosed in our fee schedule.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws.
